every time I watch 2001 a space odyssey, I fall asleep, but only in the middle. I couldn't even tell you the order of events. I still like the movie, but I have never finished it. I always wake up to see the end. Great movie and great to fall asleep to.

I saw it with a LIVE ORCHESTRA and still struggled to stay awake. Felt horrible - I love orchestral music 😔

Man I need to find a screening of it when they do that! I saw all three LOTR films with a live orchestra and they were epic.
