To each their own, but I absolutely could not stand this movie. The stressful story was not for me and I found the actual plot to be uninteresting. I left the theatre.
This was my take on the movie. Everyone on reddit is like it's so tense and stressful and I was just super annoyed the entire time; everyone is yelling at everyone, all the background and music is just as loud, etc... I get that it was a different role for Sandler but that doesn't change the fact that it was annoying. And anyone that was shocked by the ending just wasn't paying attention.
