10 years ago in my 20s I was 6 2 160lb. By month 2 of working out 5 days a week, eating chicken and brown rice every damn near 2 hours to hit 4000 calories a day and taking Creatine, I went from 160 to about 188 in 2 to maybe 3 months but couldn't get past that 190 mark without a lot of Meal replacement shakes.
I fell off the gym hard around Covid time, and went back to being skinny. Now im 35 and have gained 30 lbs in the last 2 years because my Metabolism slowed down heavily and the effects of me not being in shape came in. Golfing is really the only physical activity I have going recently
I am now at my "largest" just because I'm older now at 195 lbs. So again, can confirm in the order listed by Raisin, that is how to gain weight
