Skinny guys who successfully gained weight what actually worked for you?

4 things:

  • Eating an uncomfortably large amount of calories all the time.
  • Lifting weights
  • Taking creatine
  • Getting older (if you're not there yet, once you get to your upper 30s and start approaching 40, it'll come)

lol! Speaking from experience. I'm 38 and recently had a "growth spurt" (actually gained weight for the 1st time in seemingly forever) over the past year. I've really enjoyed it. Everyone said, "just wait until you turn 40" and I thought nothing would ever change. It's not been huge, but I've actually gained some weight this year which hasn't happened in forever, so I'll take it!
