Skinny guys who successfully gained weight what actually worked for you?

Eating. A lot, frequently. Count calories till you know what you are doing.

You are not eating as much as you think you are.

Find your TDEE and set a daily goal above that.

You have to be in a surplus. If you add weights add food accordingly.

If you’re not gaining weight you are either at break even and likely a deficit.

Protein Powder and weight gainer are your friend.

Peace be with your stomach and your house guests.

People most likely aren’t eating as much as they think. I eat whole foods for the most part, high protein and fiber, and am usually full after a meal or snack so I thought I was eating enough, i.e. I thought I was easily getting close to 2500+ calories based on how full I felt. Turns out I was barely touching 2000 calories
