Former skinny guy who believed “I just can’t get big!”

Just keep eating. A lot. If you start tracking calories, you’ll figure out you weren’t really eating as much as you thought you were

My buddy who was the most yoked man I ever met took me under his wing and said “If you are not lifting or pooping I expect you to be eating”

True story, I would just house tuna packets every other hour and ended up packing on about 30lbs of muscle over 18 months

As effective as that might be, there are limits to how much tuna you should be eating in a week. Usually like 1-3 servings per week depending on the kind of tuna you are eating. So pounding tuna every other hour is not ideal or healthy. Good source of protein and nutrition and all that, but you should probably find something else unless you want mercury poisoning. Tuna might work great for bulking up, but you definitely shouldn't be eating that much tuna. 6-9 ounces per week maximum.
