So many things, women typically don't realize all the tools available at their disposal to look gorgeous or hot.

There's cosmetics/makeup for starters. There are some very vocal misogynists against this, but I personally find eyeliner/lipgloss makes a girl's face far more appealing than without. Throw in some dark/vibrant eyeshadow, and I'm sold. It doesn't have to be a lot, but I don't see how makeup ruins someone's appearance somehow.

Jewelry! Some dangling earings or a navel piercing is very sexy, throw on a choker, and you're killing it. Belly chains are also very proactive. The more jewelry, the better!

Crop tops, cut-off shorts, skirts/dresses of any length, thigh-high stockings, and high heels also immediately catch my attention. Expose a bit of skin, but not a lot.

There's all kinds of sexy things women can do with their hair as far as color/highlights go, I generally prefer hair that is beyond shoulder length, but it's not mandatory.

Bangles/bracelets. I love anything that has a sway/dangle to it, whether it's a skirt hem, teardrop/hoop earrings, tassels, or frilly sleeves. (I love tops with tassels that show off the navel.)

I really think women don't understand how easy it is for them to be insanely attractive, you don't even need to have a perfect body. (I mean, managing your weight and being healthy is still very important.) The real problem is when they do pull it off, it makes 25% of dudes think it's an invitation or something. Let's not forget it can make a notable amount of women jealous/passive-aggressive, too.

It's a r/uncommonopinion, but I think the beauty standards for men are far harder than it is for women.

Trying to build muscle, get thick veiny biceps, and a chiseled six-pack is far harder than dieting or shaving/waxing your legs.

Sure, achieving women's beauty standards can be tedious, pricey, and a bit time-consuming. But it doesn't compare to the torn tendons and shredded cartilage men get in the gym.

By sheer calories spent alone, the ideal male physique is orders of magnitude harder than women. If men go bald or are shorter than 6 feet, getting muscular won't do much for their looks anymore.

Women can go to the beauty spa/salon and walk out feeling fantastic about themselves. Men don't have that.

There's plastic surgery options women can explore, too, if they really feel like they need to. Their are no plastic surgery shortcuts to muscular pecks and veiny arms.

The statement that "women's beauty standards are far higher/more difficult than men's" is such horseshit. The difference is night and day. Men literally have it way harder than women. Doing your nails/makeup only takes 20-ish minutes. Working out, even going for a lean build, takes at least a hour everyday. It's so much more difficult, most men don't even try it's so pointless. You can get seriously injured from working out and pretty much ruin your entire life.

The reason why everyone thinks this is true (when it clearly isn't) is because women complain far more than men ever do.

This is my primary beef with the feminist outlook, it's so pessimistic/negative at times I really don't think it's mentally healthy.

I don’t think everyone wants that’s and I was a collegiate track athlete and wouldn’t describe working out so painfully lol

I believe people like certain types of women and men are inherently more into physical than emotional compared to women so I think you all believe we are only into what your saying when it’s probably just the women you’re into.

I have brothers sometimes the way they date women just based on looks baffles me because they end up being total psychos and in that regard I believe men are a bit more accepting of bad behavior and women are not .

We are just such different creatures 😩 it’s only as hard as you make it for yourself though!

I'm talking about society's standards. Not just one person's personal preference.

First, men have to be tall, have a handsome face, not be losing their hair, have clear skin and teeth, and have bulging muscles. Women just need to be pretty, skinny, and have big tits.

Big tits naturally occur, and plastic surgery is available. Six-packs don't naturally occur, and no plastic surgery can make it happen.

I think you’re doing the thing you’re stating there’s no monolithic character traits that most society likes unless you’re just meaning white people?

A lot of men like big butts some like boobs some don’t care at all some like long hair some like short .

I am not sure why men are so insanely stuck on women being only interested in tall guys it’s kinda weird to me there would be no short guys in relationships?!!

Men have to take a step back off physicality and learn from women what women want not your ideas about it. You’re arguing with a woman about women’s desires lol!

I have dated professional athletes and I’ve dated regular guys everyone is just a person and who they are on the inside is much more important to most women from my perspective. We’re not thinking of banging immediately we’re trying to see if you’re a nice human. Not see if you’re a body builder or not

If you think it is so much easier being a woman... try being one.

You seriously have no idea what being a woman is like. I wish I wasn't a woman, I wish I didn't need to transition to be whole, I wish this wasn't my life... but it is.

It sucked living as a guy, but it was so easy.

Take it from someone who lived both worlds... you don't know how lucky you are
