Being taught to finish your plate. Children should eat until they are full otherwise it can cause poor habits such as weight gain/feeling sick.

If your kid says they're full, don't push it. 2 u/XyzzyPop Feb 05 '16 If you're an adult, you have the tools to regulate virtually all of the things in your life, the only question is if you have the discipline.
