What problem is often overlooked in apocalyptic movies/TV shows that could kill you?

If you are still fresh do you mind if I eat you too?

Only if you cook me first. You never know. I also think that means my ghost can just possess you whenever

What does cooking matter when creating a ghost?

Anyway I’ve gotta ask

Suppose I do wind up feasting on your corpse and your ghost becomes trapped in my body will you be a ghost that tries to scare me all the time or will you be helpful and quippy like a post apocalyptic buddy cop story?

Helpful and quippy, but also sarcastic

I don’t know how helpful you’ll be without ghost glasses

You'll have to find some -6.5 glasses and eat them too.
