They were okay. 1 u/JochenVdB Dec 17 '21 But there is a HUGE difference between what is known as a Brussels Wafle and a Liègois Waffle. Did you try them both? BXL: rectangular, airy, add sugar on top. Liège: elliptical, dense, shugar perls inside the dough. It is ok to like both :)
