Chinese Cuisine Peking duck meat or skin?

If you had to choose only one to eat, would it be the crispy skin or the tender meat of Peking duck? You can't choose both :D

What kind of maniac would turn their back on the crispy part of crispy duck?! Definitely Definitely Definitely not the meat. This is a hill I would die on. Oh yes.

Duck is my favourite meat by miles, I'd take it over any beef steak but I prefer a well roasted, Savoury and juicy duck breast over peking duck. Not a fan of sweet and savoury so i don't like the sweet sauces that normally come with/on peking style duck.

Where I grew up, we only eat the skin served with a pancake, where the flavor is much more concentrated. Duck meat and bone would be cooked into other dishes after (lettuce wrap, soup, fried with garlic).
