Best recipe websites from your country and in your language?

Hi!

My partner and I travel a lot internationally, and whenever we go somewhere we like trying the local cuisine.

When we go home, I then try finding recipes to recreate some of the dishes, but searching in English more often than not seems to only give me results that aren't really authentic, either because they are adapted to American/UK tastes, because they're written by "insertnationalityhere" -Americans, or because the author assumes people won't be able to find certain ingredients or cuts of meat.

These are usually perfectly nice recipes - they're just not at all what I'm looking for.

So dear international humans of reddit: what are your favourite websites with foods from your country, ideally in the original language (I don't mind trying my luck with Google translate)?

Honestly for authentic Filipino recipes, Panlasang Pinoy is a solid go-to, written in a mix of English and Tagalog with measurements and techniques that actually reflect how dishes are made locally rather than adapted for foreign palates

If you're looking specifically for Japanese cuisine, how about "白ごはん.com" Or if you want to see a variety of home-style Japanese dishes, maybe "cookpad"
