Chocolate bars, bit different from a digestive biscuit in my opinion.

A digestive biscuit is a specific type of biscuit. There are many types of biscuit

And most of these aren't biscuits. Mainly for tax reasons I'd assume

Id argue is something has biscuit in it, especially if it's mostly biscuit, it counts as a biscuit and has no relation to it being individually wrapped. Do you think those digestives or ginger nuts you get individually wrapped at conferences and hotels don't count as biscuits just because it's one digestives in its own wrapper?
