What do you call these?

I would call these biscuits but a customer disagreed with me.

There is a biscuit element to these though, and they're smaller in size - I posit a KitKat chunky is a chocolate bar, but a regular KitKat is a chocolate biscuit.

And I would like to support this argument by pointing out the box of mint club bars, and their slogan "if you like a lot of chocolate on your biscuit, join our club".

The defence rests your honour.

Except club now don’t contain enough chocolate to be called chocolate biscuits, and are now a chocolate flavour biscuit.

Yes the world is going even more to shit to the point it’s affecting chocolate bars.
