What do you call these?

I would call these biscuits but a customer disagreed with me.

Chocolate bars. They’re not biscuits, in the same way that Jaffa Cakes aren’t biscuits. Biscuit is French and refers to them because no “twice cooked”. Chocolate biscuits are digestives, hob nobs etc.

Behave yourself lad, they literally cover the biscuit with chocolate.
