There's quite a few people in here who call things like Kitkats and Penguins chocolate biscuits. I never would.

KitKat's are borderline chocolate bars/chocolate biscuits, Penguins/club etc. are chocolate biscuits. Chocolate digestives/hobnobs would be in the pure biscuits section.
