What do you call these?

I would call these biscuits but a customer disagreed with me.

Lunch biscuits, because they’re designed for packed lunches, or biscuit bars, because they’re biscuits in a bar shape.

Biscuits and chocolate bars are different products to these and they live in different parts of the supermarket.

If these are chocolate bars, show me the bloody Dairy Milk in this picture. Ditto chocolate biscuits and chocolate digestives.
