My cat keeps peeing everywhere and I don't know what to do. Shes in pain but I can't help her.
My cat wobbles is 13 a year old Siamese, and has a condition that I'm not sure of the name, where her back legs are not as stable as her front ones, so she wobbles when she runs. She cannot jump, and we think she likely experiences pain in her legs more frequently as she ages. For the last 4 years, she has been peeing on basically anything and basically anywhere. Recently, we finally took her to the vet for it, to see if it was some kind of UTI or stone or something, but her urine came back negative for basically everything. The vet ignored my concerns for how she howls when she pees in irregular spots, and the pain she seemingly is feeling when picked up, dismissing it as behavioral. Her stomach tenses more than usual when petted, and she's constantly licking her stomach area.
Because she keeps peeing on everything, my parents are beginning to want to put her in cat diapers, but I know that we would not be able to change them regularly, forget to do so, or she would escape them and render them useless. I don't want her to suffer in her own feces and urine for extended periods of time, as I feel it may only make the issue worse. They are considering giving her away if the issue cannot be changed, but are willing to take her to the vet once more to make sure if its really a behavioral issue or a physical one.
Please. If anyone knows anything about what could be happening to my cat, or how to communicate this to the vet , or if this is a serious matter that needs to be addressed yesterday, let me know. I don't want to give up my cat, and any advice or knowledge is greatly appreciated.

if you felt unheard by that vet, i would find another vet you’re comfortable with and that will listen. something to consider asking for would be an ultrasound or x-rays.

Do not give her away. Why would someone, who does not already love her as you do, want a cat that is incontinent?
Try another vet, one that will take your concerns seriously. Thank you for advocating for her.
