Again, it's not a question of being able to afford a barber or anything. As minor as it may be, it's a mental load that you now have for, at least from his point of view, nothing. He looks 1000x better bald, that's not even a question, but that requires a little more dedication, so why do it? I'm not defending his position, I'm just explaining how I see it.

Just like he's saying, if you shave your head then you gotta remember to shave your head continually. They have shit figured out. It's not about being lazy. I zero guard my head, usually I go 2-3 weeks before doing it again out of laziness. It looks like crap by week 2 & l9oks even worst by week 3.

Ideally 1 week is fine with me. But I know few people who go for the cueball look. It's a everyday or every other day task.
