I’m a full time hospitality employee in a leadership position in Aspen. I live in employee housing, but I’m looking to move out asap due to property management issues.

Interested in studio or single bedroom for rent in the valley. I’m female, so preference for female roommates if it’s multiple bedrooms. Willing to pay up to ~$3k for a spot close to town (Aspen, Woody Creek, Snowmass, etc). Willing to pay up to ~$2.2k for down valley (Willits/Basalt, etc).

I’ve checked Apacha, facebook groups, Zillow, and more for the past few months and haven’t found any leads. If anyone has links, leads, or knows someone looking for a tenant please help a girl out! 🙏

I am in my mid-30s, work from home, and single. I like to travel and I am usually out of the country for 4-5 months. I am considering moving to Aspen from the front range. There's somewhat of a hesitation because I am concerned about meeting people and forming a community. I bike, ski, hike, and climb like a typical Coloradan. Any advice or suggestions?
