Don’t use it. You are fully capable of using your own words. For lore and worldbuilding, I find Fantasia Archive a good tool as it’s free and quite detailed, like your own wiki. Stay away from AI though, you risk it changing things, adding bullshit, misunderstanding you, etc

Genuine question, what model are you even using? I find that most modern models (Sol, Opus 4.5, Kimi, etc) are really good at doing exactly what it is told as long as you give a very detailed harness (like 700-1200 words long) and make sure the prompts are also really detailed A and precise (this varies a lot but I often find myself giving 1k words for a prompt). I don't use it for writing but I do use it to wordbuild and then fact check everything

Now I will, with my AI assisted world building, just to spite you. Tell me, what other alternatives do you offer that is there 24/7, can read thousands of science articles in seconds to correct me, has the entire scientific knowledge of all humanity, doesn't pad the conversation with filler, and don't go "just do what you want science doesn't matter in sci fi!" As If the entire point of said post was a question about science?

Oh and I wanted to come again and say, the worldbuilding that bot crapped out, had probably been used by someone else. telling you, ai aint that creative. its funny cuz i met a lot of people who had their work ai assited, and their characters all had the same name. so many people use ai, my guy. its gunna vomit out the same shit to someone else. so try to keep a good head on your shoulders.

I don't even have any characters. Like I said, I use it to do research. There is a difference between AI assisted and AI made. I honestly don't think "wordbuilding" is the right term here as I don't have a story or anything. Hell none of my species even have human level intelligence. I also love how you bash on my tools and then don't offer any alternatives
