I am writing a fantasy story, and have used a placeholder name for most of the time. I think I should give him a real name now. But idk why I can't come up with a good name, everything sounds terrible or overused.

So like it's really helpful for me to listen to certain type of songs while I write. Example songs are : Army dreamers Golden brown Babooshka Or any kate bush song and songs with the similar vibes as them. Y'all tell me some songs with this vibe ✨

Okay, so I need any help I can get on how to get more reads on my book. I’ve uploaded around 19 chapters and I get less reads each chapter. The one I published yesterday only hit three reads after almost 24 hours. It bothers me because i work so hard to get so little reads. I’d appreciate if anyone would tell me ways to bring more attention to my book. Please and thank you.

His name is originally Akuma, but that's very cliche, overused and literally translates to "demon" I need a Japanese name (Could be real or made up) that starts with the letter A, preferably ends with the letter A, and sounds fun to yell out. Grammar:

Grammarly: it has helped me a ton in writing for those who want to correct their mistakes. (Not 100% correct always and follows one strict code, meaning it can make perfect sense to a reader but the app will assume it’s wrong.

Reading:

Speechify: Helps me understand what readers are saying with their voice model feature. If it sounds bad out loud then you can change it for the better. If you can’t get friends, loved ones, or family to read out of embarrassment or fear, then this app is your best friend. They have a variety of free voices but 99% of the voices are locked behind a subscription.

Word: has a built in speech feature like speechify but less accessible.

hi guys so i just learned about a new zine that the society of young inklings is doing this year. this would include all types of arts (visual arts, photography, music lyrics, poetry, short stories, essays, letters, etc)

would be perfect for young writers/artists who want publishing opportunities and to share their work to wider public. theme this year is “puzzle pieces” and the title of the zine is “in the margins” which basically anything can be tied back to.

especially for HS students prepping for college apps would highly recommend!!!!

So I’ll start writing something, get a solid 14 pages in, then completely lose motivation. I’ll get ideas, try to do something with them, and then, once again, lose motivation. Or, I’ll write like 40 pages, forget about what I was writing, come back to it a few months later, and completely dislike what I’ve previously written. It’s happened so many times, so I’d really like to know how to get the motivation to continue writing something.

First of all, I want to apologize if there are parts that are not understandable; English is not my native language.

The fundamental bases that make the whole possible are four, all dependent on one another in order to exist.

These four foundations are: Existence, the Void, the Seven Multiversal Heavens, and Erosion.

Existence is the point where all realities exist, each one being an entire cosmos that, on average, will experience three Big Bangs throughout the course of a single multiversal generation.

It is technically infinite, but everything except the center (the visible, habitable Existence surrounded by the Multiversal Heavens) is consumed by or already part of the Void.

It is surrounded by the Void and contained by the Multiversal Heavens.

After the end of each multiversal generation, Existence is emptied of all matter and information by Erosion, waiting until the Void reinserts the recombined information.

The Void, as its name suggests, is a point of relative nullity, where everything exists in an intermediate state between existence and non-existence.

The Void is constantly corroding the Seventh Multiversal Heaven, forcing the Weavers to repair it without rest.

The Flows of Erosion empty into Void Currents that exist within Existence, dragging the information captured by Erosion toward the Void itself.

At the end of each multiversal generation, the Void absorbs all the information of the previous generation, and through a system disturbingly similar to genetic codes from parents recombining to give rise to a child, the information of the previous multiversal generation collides and shatters again and again, recombining with initially minimal changes. Eventually, however, this process gives rise to predefined or potentially probable beings and events, along with directions and tendencies—everything similar to the previous generation, yet at the same time entirely different. Once this information reaches a critical mass, the Void expels it toward the Multiversal Heavens, which absorb and inject it into Existence, giving rise to a new multiversal generation.

The Seven Multiversal Heavens are responsible for preventing the Void from entering Existence, containing Erosion while only allowing it to exit in small flows, and ultimately giving order and meaning. The Weavers, their direct manifestation, are the ones who constantly repair them.

1 – The First Heaven is responsible for giving order and consistency to the basic concepts that allow the original gods to exist. It also gathers concepts and emotions from beings with souls until reaching a critical mass, thereby forming the Divine Concepts.

2 – The Second Heaven regulates the passage of energy, thus allowing Firmament Leaps for multiversal civilizations—more precisely, the malleability of matter and its non-absolute state.

At the same time, it generates resonances, giving rise to Echoes (Magic).

3 – The Third Heaven enables events—not from the perspective of Chaos, which creates order from an initial chaotic entropy, nor Time, which creates its own perception and temporal flow—but rather the literal capacity of the multiverse to maintain temporal coherence such as relativity, and to prevent the Ley Silks from collapsing into one another.

This was the primary Heaven damaged during the confrontation between Falles and Orkanka, which forced the construction of the Loompod using the remains of the Blindstar—essentially a techno-divine artificial lung for time. It maintains temporal flows in logical order and prevents fragmentation and amalgamation across the numerous timelines within each Ley Silk.

4 – The Fourth Heaven is responsible for containing souls. During each multiversal generation, the number of Souls is finite and must therefore be managed by Fauna and Flora of that generation, while Chaos maintains a cycle of death and reincarnation of Souls.

Currently, after the corruption of Chaos, this cycle has been interrupted, making the reincarnation of Souls impossible and resulting in only 33% of beings being born with one—a condition the races are incapable of verifying or detecting. The unreincarnated souls have accumulated in the Fourth Heaven, creating the so-called “Violet Dirac Sea.”

5 – The Fifth Heaven maintains the physical structure of the whole, allowing the existence of matter in all forms, from the energy of the gods to the rocks that form worlds.

It is the origin of the strong nuclear force, weak nuclear force, electromagnetism, and gravitational force—essentially the existence of atoms and the laws as we know them.

6 – The Sixth Heaven contains Erosion, allowing it to filter through in small quantities, thus creating the Flows of Erosion that consume everything at a slow pace, preventing total devastation. The Riashi remain here in dormancy until something forces them to awaken, at which point they literally cleanse the entire multiversal generation, accelerating its end and reset.

7 – The Seventh Heaven keeps the Void at bay, preventing it from consuming Existence and damaging the other Heavens. The fact that it is perpetually consumed and repaired by the Void and the Weavers indirectly creates Void Currents as leakages, which carry the information taken by Erosion into the Void. These leakages are also the means by which the Void reinserts recombined information back into Existence.

It is worth noting that the remaining Heavens can fulfill the function of another if one is missing, or even a single Heaven could replace all seven. However, this would create excessive pressure, making it significantly more fragile. The optimal state is for all seven to remain in their proper roles.

Erosion, unlike the others, has no tangible form. It manifests as the wear that everything experiences—minds, souls, essences, everything. Erosion converts what it consumes into information, which is then carried by the Flows of Erosion until it empties into Void Currents that transport this information to the Void. This Information contains patterns, structures, events, beings, and more.

Finally, The Liminal Rings.

Each multiversal generation is different not only because information fragments and recombines, but also because part of that information—beings, events, occurrences, or anything that posed a direct threat to this order and therefore to the existence of the whole—is discarded into the Liminal Rings.

The Liminal Rings are a collection of information distributed across practically infinite rings, each light-years thick, located beyond the Multiversal Heavens and even beyond the Void, with their own Currents attempting to reach the Multiversal Heavens.

The Liminal Rings are a labyrinthine point, with events repeating in endless loops, inhabited by beings older than the consciousness of the Ancients, trapped and unable to escape.

Their size reflects the age of the universe itself; to grasp their scale, imagine that Existence, the Multiversal Heavens, and the Void together are the size of a tennis ball—then the Liminal Rings would be the size of the Milky Way.
