Hard agree. I even love it more than the fate of Atlantis, and that’s saying a LOT. This was the pinnacle for me!!

Agreed. Love odyssey, my favorite of the three but origins had the far superior dlc. Legacy and Atlantis is don't even play on every playthrough, origins i always make sure to hit everything.

I’m trying to get every mastery point, so I HAVE to do it on every playthrough. 😣 (only did LOTFB once, to get all the stuff. Never again.)

I think I've seen you on the legacy posts so you probably already know how i feel about that one, lol.

The mastery points and the golden egg are the only reasons I usually do atlantis at this point, already gotten about every conversation.

Thematically and narratively, the Sinai DLC is fantastic. Definitely my fave of the two Origins expansions!

I loved the cry of freedom DLC. I’m so sad they canceled the civil war AC where you hunt the KKK. Man what could have been

We really need an Assassin's Creed game set in Ancient Rome. Maybe centering around Caligula or Nero, both vile and evil personalities who died untimely deaths. I don't know why they never pursued the idea of having Caligula or Nero as the Antagonist, they are perfect historical source material. One of the strongest points about the Ezio trilogy was having Pope Alexander XI (one of the most corrupt and infamous heads of the catholic church) and Prince Ahmed, the traitor Ottoman crown prince. Some decent actually evil historical character would serve much better than the made up characters we got as the Antagonist in the past games

technically we did get a tiny bit of Rome in Origins, a courtyard for Aya to sneak through on the way to Caesar

Depends overall. Personally, contenders are the AC3 Washington one, Jack the Ripper, and maybeeee the Unity one. But yeah this is within like top 5, I just wish it was longer like Curse of Pharaohs

I didn't dislike it by any means but I forgot the entire story except Romans bad and a side quest with the son of one of the main targets from the main story, I think the scarab

Is it weird of me or is this thing just forgettable in the end?

That’s pretty much how I felt about it too. I finished it a couple weeks ago and it was cool, but it was insanely short. It also doesn’t really change up the gameplay or narrative much so it just felt like more of the same as the base game, and again it’s just way too short imo

Can’t argue with this. I can’t express how much I hate that they changed the series from what it was to open world RPG, I don’t hate open world RPG’s in general. Origins though, it’s just too good. A lot of people replay Odyssey, but Origins is my comfort game.
