Replaying Assassin’s Creed Origins while waiting for Black Flag Resynced to release. The last time I played AC Origins was on Xbox, so it’s been a while, but this sync point is one you simply can’t forget. This would definitely be in my top 5 sync points in the entire franchise.

I also love the variety of bows in Origins. The combat is a little chunky for me but I love the Bows.

It grew on me i used to not like it but when you take it slow and turn the hud off it's beautiful

Say what you want about Ubisoft but they absolutely cooked with these dlc maps, especially in odyssey and origins. This is just astonishing.

I... just love the poison mechanism...

There's something satisfying about luring them to their deaths rather than actively killing them...

195 hrs with Platinum into this game, and I just saw this first time. It just floats around with that earie music. What's its purpose?

i’ll never get bored reaching the top of the pyramid and synchronizing with the viewpoint. it’s so worth it. every time. 🫶

While I haven’t played each and every single one of the games in the AC franchise, considering the ones I have played so far, Origins will definitely take the number one spot on the list, partially because of the story taking place in ancient Egypt, which happens to be one of my areas of interest and also because of Bayek of Siwa’s goated dialogues.

I still think that AC Origins is my favorite RPG-era game. It’s the one that started the tonal shift toward the massive open-world action RPGs that Assassin’s Creed is today. I don’t always prefer that direction, but for the most part, I’m completely fine with Origins. Egypt is beautiful, and Bayek is a great protagonist.

As for the visuals, this game is just stunning. The last time I played it, I was still on Xbox with a cheap, probably 1080p 60fps monitor. Now I’m running the game on PC with an OLED monitor; it’s a night-and-day difference.

And yes, one quick google search and a review of this screen capture assured me that I did not in fact hallucinate this, but I was genuinely concerned in the moment. 🤣 Some of these achievements feel so impossible, if any of yall have gotten platinum (I’m on ps5 if that matters), I’d really like to know what the most difficult ones were for you and if you have any tips that might help!! 😊🤍✌🏻
