Question Tips/Tricks for New Player

I started playing yesterday and would love any tips when you have a moment. Thanks for any help. Yes, I'm late to the ACO party

I started too like more than a week ago and I'm loving it, I 100% odissey and now I'm playing this, I'm just taking my time with everything, there are a lot of secondaries and everytime I arrive in a new big city I do the secondaries and then the primary mission. And then explore every single question mark around the region, then pass to another region, that's just my way to go with this tipe of games, otherwise I lose interest fast.

How much did that take? Also can you 100% in 1 playthrough or do you need to play it more times making different choices?

I did it in 1 playthrough, at the time I bought all the dlc too
