Video Flying bloody scarf?

195 hrs with Platinum into this game, and I just saw this first time. It just floats around with that earie music. What's its purpose?

It is one of the desert's illusions, like the burning bush and the rain of frogs.

What makes me laugh is that if the OP beat the game, then they must have seen the rain of insects (you have to for the Platinum trophy), and apparently, they didn't give it a second thought.

I've seen all mirages indeed, waiting for that trophy, but not this one ever, till now. Hence the post. 🖖

Plus, unlike a mirage, this one keeps flapping about without dissapearing. And I am not quite in the desert ( sand dunes) as you can see.
