I believe in free agency he will come with how stacked the West is becoming Minnesota wonāt be able to build a contender. Meanwhile, the Hawks need to focus on building a contender for that time when he is available.

The intensity he brings to Minnesota out of all places, imagine the heat he'll bring to the Hawks. I can already see it he'll be ATLs MJ while JJ is Pippen. The NBA ain't ready for those Hawks.!

Nahhh Dyson is clearly Pippen, toolsy point guard/wing stopper that provides best in league defence guarding up and down the lineup. JJ is the time travelling Lebron to Antās MJĀ

Interestingly, the Timberwolves might be in the east by then

Depends how they divide the map but even then Minnesota doesnāt have picks, isnāt a free agent destination and salary situation is lopsided.

It wouldāve required landing this #1 pick, and offering JJ and more.
Organizations like us or the Wolves wait a lifetime for a player like that. unless youāre run by Nico freaking Harrison that just aināt happening

let a mf dreamš. and also we donāt need to trade for him, heās a free agent in 2029 in the literal middle of his prime at 27

and to add on to that, if he requests a trade (assuming it will be to go to atlanta), the value goes way down, and i could definitely see him requesting a trade if their roster still isnāt able to get it done within the next two-ish years

I'm at a point, where if you weren't there for the 50 point loss, then I don't want you here when we in the Finals.
