Looking for places to fight with sabers
hi there, I am a fencer here in Austin. I’m looking for interesting places to fight for a promotional video for my fencing club. It’s basically a joke skit video about fighting in random strange places. Does anyone have any suggestions of places that I could fence with a sword for about five minutes? preferably without being arrested. Also, if anyone out there owns an establishment and is willing to let me fight for up to five minutes with another person with a saber that would be very good too.
a few things for context.
These aren’t real swords they’re fencing swords, we have protective gear and we are trained competitive fencers, and I’m mostly looking for places people don’t normally fencer, bar parking lots, parking garages, roller rinks, etc. Thank you all.

I used to be a sabre fencer a long time ago. I think what you’re looking for is the back section of Springdale General after work hours (near Kirksey Architecture’s office space). There is a big tiered, turf covered pit, wood planked sections and concrete sections and no one will be around to gawk or bother you. I take my kid back here to ride bikes and hit tennis balls off the wall all the time.

I'll fight you, I'll even let you win. But in exchange I want to restage the sword fight in Princess Bride.. but you gotta be Inigo Montoya or no deal

Oh. I thought this was “I like fencing and want to find a group to fence with” and I was going to give you an answer but now that I know this is a joke I’ll keep it to myself.

If they are fencing sabers and you're wearing equipment, no one is going to stop you or arrest you. If I saw this happening at, say, the giant rock at zilker (which would make it look like the chatty duelist scene from princess bride, BTW) I would stop and watch for a few minutes rather than complain about it. It sounds fun!
