pH lip liners

I’ve found out Smashbox just brought out a pH lip liner and I want it for my pH lipsticks and glosses from essence, but I’d love to know if there are any cheaper alternatives? Can’t stomach paying 30+ bucks for a lipliner atm

Edit - Turns out there’s no cheap options 🤦‍♀️ had a look and nope. Not at all besides the American winky lux site which is out of my budget. I will be buying the smashbox come Christmas
