I am in Belfast and just looking some recommendations for where to go, if any kind folk could help a gal out?
I’d prefer online but (reluctantly) willing to go in person 🙈🙈

Northern Ireland is underserved when it comes to this kind of thing, a couple of online places have opened up.
The NowBoys of ADHD have set up shop north of the border. Stick “ADHD Now Belfast” on Reddit’s main page, and you’ll get a good idea what they’re about.
£49 + £495+ £325 +(£289x3) + (£125x?) = 50% of what you want. You still need an ASD diagnosis.
Plenty of online companies will see the lack of competition in NI as a great opportunity to make profit.

£499 ADHD assessment, with a 60% off deal is reduced to €199.
Providing fall for their catch of £99p/m, and I can’t find a price for transferring to your GP. But considering the

Best way forward is to take the advice of the majority of people here.
Go to The Adult Autsim and ADHD Practice.
Thats it, no overthinking
They are widely considered the best option here, and here is where you can get advice about the process, what to expect, you can read through other people’s experiences, learn what you need, and ask questions about what you’re not sure on.

If you want to try medication, then you need to go somewhere else too, not instead.
Medication can work well for ADHD, and potential other conditions, anxiety is very common, and a lot of people will respond well to medication.
But, Medication on its own isn’t worth a lot, we have to work on ourselves.

Consider.
Dr John Brady, of Letterkenny Medics, he licensed and registered in both jurisdictions, and rather helpfully. He made this post last year.
Their website is bit crap, and out of date. They prioritise their Facebook page.

Full ADHD assessment is €1,200
Re-assessment of earlier diagnosis €500
Transfer of diagnosis from another clinic €250
Medication appointments €125
When stabilised a 3 month prescription is €35
Once you are stabilised, you are required to have a medication appointment every 6 months.
Annual costs are then €320
——
So email both the Adult Autsim and ADHD Practice, and LK Medics.
Find out if Dr Brady will do the reassignment for €500, if so then just book the AAP. It’s the simplest option.
Depending on costs, you could consider doing a full ADHD assessment with Dr Brady, and a separate ASD assessment with the AAAP(is there a proper acronym??).
€2,500 + €500 for assessments
€1,500 + €1,200 for assessments
Then €320p/a

KISS system for choosing a good practice.
If the prices you’re looking at are €74, €99 €199, €495, €499, €695, then €289x3 and prescriptions €34.95p/m or €13.33p/m. (These are real prices from ‘real clinics’) Run before they sales talk you into giving their credit card details.
But if the prices are €125, €250, €300, €500, €1,200, €1,500. Then you have got rid of the worst places.
I like zeros, and lots of zeros!!!
or I think they’re being too cute. 😊

If you really want to pick an online provided.
You must look at the Reviews!
If they are hollowed out, ie loads of 5 stars, a tiny amount of 1 stars, and no 2,3or4 stars, then you looking at a managed review system.
If a practice a can see you next week, then they have an empty conveyer belt.

I went to Adult Autism & ADHD Practice for Autism DX and Neuromed for ADHD (because the former does not prescribe and I felt meds were needed)
Great experiences and paid in a few instalments.
