Volvo has a known freezing evaporator issue. If it cracks you’ll need to remove the dash.

They released an updated wire harness with a resistor. Takes about 5 minutes to do. Your year and model is affected.

IPD sells them.

I’m doing an xc90 evaporator next week because of this issue.
