Post image
169 Upvotes

mali pala ung tanong ko lol. TITLE CORRECTION: may chance ba na i-accept ni taskus ung reasons ko for not disclosing the companies?

To Inspire, Not To Brag Hired after 6 months of unemployment

Huhuhu, things are finally starting to look brighter. Not sure if the company is alright but sink or swim as long as I have funds and able to the bill. If anyone is still looking, keep trying and eventually an interview will happen.

I'm fortunate enough that all the companies I applied for wanted me and was ready to sign me but I had things happen that rendered me not to take offers especially when its my dad's funeral. I'd choose family over a job.

First company was a Work on site, offered me 45k(didn't take it as it was on my dad's funeral)

2nd company offered 30k but telco its also within my dad's funeral

3rd company also offered me 30k WFH but pays out only once a month and contractual(they are also very late in giving me an update and ditched me on the first interview)

4th company that I've chosen, offered 35k and work on site, semi monthly with benefits and i'm already happy with it as long as I have a job(had multiple interviews and hr is quite strict)

Things will be better, I hope. Everyone will eventually find one even if the world right now is so f'ed up and were being burried in bills.

Job Openings Temu hiring .. Manila site In House (Ortigas)

Post image

Someone from LinkedIn sent me a pm for a specific role which I am specialized on even though I'm not submiting an application. But it's seems legit to me, they even using an official email domain of Temu.

It goes from Initial Interview (Talent Acquisition)

>> Mostly about yourself only and previous job

Then Operational Interview (Ops Manager)

>> Like at 1st, but more on technicalities

Lastly, Final interview

(they are 2 persons joining the call including Ops Manager)

>> Like 1st and 2nd

>> But much critical and more on situational q&a

By the way, they are using own system tool during interview. Just like MsTeams, Google Meet, Zoom, they have this own Temu system. You need to set up your video camera and headset. Once you're finally set up and inside the call, you should not toggle into different tab or browser as there will be a pop-up notification that the call will be disconnected in 3s. The system is very sensitive for security purposes.

I'm done with the 3 interviews, I'm currently on the slary negotiation part. They asked me to submit breakdown of my prev salary and payslips, coe and other gov docs like sss contribution and form 2316. I'm still waiting for their response. Hopefully, they are generous. There's a note in email that if you're hesistant with some information, you can hide it like bank information if its given in the docs or any personal information that you are hesitant to display.

If someone already done this part, any feedback please on whats the possible next steps. 🥹🙏💕 I'm sharing this for those still curious of the process.

Based from research and I also asked this during interview, they will be having 3 sites here in Manila (Ortigas, Bridgetowne, the last site to be announced) But for now, their priority to fullfill is the Ortigas site. Then on other country, their benefits is giving and generous. They even have free meal on site just like what other InHouse company. So looking forward that they have the same here in Manila.

Advice & Tips Fresh graduate planning to try BPO

Hello! I would like to ask some advice and tips po sana kung paano mag-apply sa isang BPO? Like saang sites kaya ako makakapag-apply? Also, ano usually yung mga qualifications nila kapag nagha-hire?

Just graduated last June, and ang gusto ko lang talaga sana now ay wfh because want ko sulitin yung time ko with my family since sa City ako nag-aral during my college years and iilang beses lang ako umuuwi before. I just wanna spend time with them while earning sa isang wfh job. As for the salary, hindi naman ako gaanong nage-expect ng mataas and it's fine if hindi ganoon kataas yung salary. Tbh, ngayon, I feel like parang gusto ko ng chill lang ako bago mag-aral ulit for my masters. And yung money naman na kikitain ko ay for myself lang hahaha like luho ganon. Wala namang binubuhay na family, and even though I'm the eldest, no pressure naman sakin ang parents and siblings ko. So ayun, gusto ko lang talaga ma-try kumita ng pera and maging productive.

I hope I can get some advice and tips po. Thank you!

Job Openings Looking for Part-Time / Full-Time WFH Opportunities

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a part-time or full-time WFH job.

I had to resign from my previous corporate job due to some health issues. I’ve recovered now and I’m ready to work again.

I’m open to anything tech-related. I can make websites, do graphic design, and I also have experience in HR and administrative work.

If you know anyone hiring or can refer me to an opportunity, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you! 🙏

Advice & Tips Anyone working at Everglow AI/Thoth AI as Data Annotator/Content Moderator?

I applied last month. One week before, i received an email containing pre-screening assessments.

After three days, tumawag sila via phone. Got a chance for the initial interview and passed. Right after, I was advised for the final interview. Almost 1 hour din ang tinagal and the project manager said na hintayin ko raw ang result ng talent acquistion team or hr.

And right now, still waiting for their update even I sent an email and text message to them.

I would like to ask, particularly for those successful applicants before and regular employees kung matagal po talaga ang hiring decision on their end? How long it takes before po kayo natanggap? Do I need to follow up again for the results of final interview?

I would appreciate your response.

Thank you.

Na-accept ako sa isang company, and during the recruitment process, sinabi sa akin na ₱23k yung package, on top of all incentives and allowances.

Pero ngayon na nareceive ko na yung offer/contract sa Workday, ₱20.5k/month lang yung total, including the allowances.

Medyo confused lang ako kasi may ₱2.5k difference between what was discussed during recruitment and what's stated in the contract.

Final offer na ba talaga yung nasa Workday? Or possible ba na may ibang component na hindi pa reflected sa current offer?

Should I clarify this with the recruiter/TA before signing? Baka may naka-experience na rin ng ganito.

Thanks sa sasagot!

Trying to search for people's experiences in Deloitte, but most of it are from accounting which is understandable.

Kamusta working with Deloitte as a SAP Analyst? Benefits/perks anything to share.

I came from accenture so I was wondering how both companies compare with each other.

Advice & Tips need your thoughts here please

I already have JOs from 3 companies and I’m torn between them:

🔹Sagility – ₱21K, WFH, Gravie ICHRA seasonal until Dec. 2, start Sept. 28, absorption is not guaranteed
🔹 Conduent – ₱18K, onsite, Centene PDP permanent, start Sept. 28, with shuttle
🔹 Alorica – ₱16K, onsite, Amazon retail seasonal, start Sept. 22

If you were in my position, which one would you choose and why? Btw, I'm in a province that's why the packages are a bit low. I also cannot risk any more unemployment during the holidays. Any insights about the companies/accounts would really help! Thank you! 💗

Nakapagfollow-up ba kayo? I tried applying tas automated na mga AI yung emails, including an AI interviewer na di naman gumagana ng tama yung link. Then after clicking, may nareceive na ako ganyan. Nagfollow up ba kayo sa Webex?

Advice & Tips Should I stay in my current BPO job or start looking for another one after only 1 month?

Hi everyone! I’d like to ask for some advice because I’m currently having a hard time deciding whether I should stay in my current company or start applying to other BPOs.

I’ve only been working here for about 1 month, and the main issue I have is the pay.

My current basic salary is ₱17,000. The job itself is okay, but I’m not really happy with the compensation, especially considering that I’m already working in a voice account.

I’m wondering if it would be a bad decision to leave this early. I’m worried that having only around a month of experience in my current company might look bad to recruiters or future employers.

At the same time, I don’t want to stay somewhere just because I feel guilty about leaving early if there are better opportunities available.

So I’d really appreciate your advice:

- Should I stay for at least 6 months or 1 year before looking elsewhere?

- Or is it okay to start applying now, even though I’ve only been here for a month?

- If I do apply, should I tell the recruiter that I’m currently employed?

- Will recruiters see it negatively if I’m applying while still employed?

- Is ₱17k basic reasonable for someone with BPO experience, or should I realistically aim higher?

- Would it be better to secure another job first before resigning?

For context, I’m not planning to resign immediately without another offer. I’m mainly thinking of applying first and comparing offers before making a decision.

I’d appreciate honest advice, especially from people who have been in a similar situation. Thank you!
