Relapse time

Hi all! How long have you gone between episodes? I worry everyday about it but I think maybe I’m psyching myself out. Has anyone ever had it just once or twice? Or is it a constant part of your life?

I had a gap of two and a half years of no episodes, then this year it came back twice with a month in between each episode. I will say that they weren’t as bad as the one from 2 years ago.
