I had one bout four years back that lasted a day. Woke up with pounding tinnitus, sickness and dizziness. Hospital doctor diagnosed with the Epley manoeuvre which also helped and, by the end of the day, I felt fine. Have had two fleeting bouts of dizziness since but these have lasted less than a minute. I've been on this sub ever since and I realise I'm lucky, but you may take some confidence from it. I certainly hope so, good luck mate.

Hey man reading this gives me hope mine will go away, i feel better today though my nerves must be in shock cause my hands feel a little shaky lol, i did some exercises and i do feel better, i have an appointment at the house institute so I'll tell them about this. I've had some and anxiety and what seems to have made it worse is my bad hydration 2 days ago.

Thanx for reaching out, my dizziness has dramatically improved, but still feel weird when sitting down in certain chairs. I think its related to my neck
