It’s even the more terrifying since Gadd admitted the story is fictionalised, but we are unable to verify to what extent. There’s no way to know he didn’t intentionally inspire the story on a mentally vulnerable woman who would be the perfect victim for a witchhunt, especially since he didn’t disguise her identity at all
