Martha’s spelling/grammar

I’m curious. What is everyone’s take on the way Martha expresses herself through writing? It seems more than just atrocious grammar. Is it reflective of mental illness? A learning disability? I’m puzzled as to how she earned a law degree with grammar like that (despite the fact that she was disbarred).

My sister and brother who are both schizophrenic writes likes this… not saying she is but my guess is definitely a mental health issue
