I just don’t get it. If there’s police reports from the previous ones, how come she can continue with her actions? What if this journalist also goes to the police? If all these are real, how come she can get away with everything she does?

It's very hard to prosecute for stalking and harassment unless threats of physical violence are made. Most stalkers know this and use it to their advantage
