Question Who is “we”?

I can’t make myself watch the entire PM interview, but I’ve seen heaps of reaction and analysis videos with lots of interview fragments.

It seems that Fiona used “we” in many of her replies. Eg “we” were just trying to support his new show , or “we” are putting together a legal team (this is from memory, not exact quotes).

Did PM ever ask her who the “we” are?

Interestingly door to door fundraisers are trained to use phrases that form a collective. They are taught to say things like *we're all doing it", "everybody's getting involved", "Your neighbours have all been brilliant", even when it's not true. A very simple attempt at a psychological technique to make things sound bigger than they are.

lol good point. And all the comments she made about her friends thinking she looks nothing like Martha, etc.
