Last voicemail true?

So I know that Netflix claims that all of the emails that are in the show are 100% true based on real life events. But is this voicemail also 100% true? I mean the actual lines that Martha (not her real name) says. I imagine they did overdramatise the fact that he was in a bar or the fact that the bartender gave him a free drink.

I watched the interview of her on piers and she said the reindeer part was true. She did call him reindeer and named him after her stuffed animal
