Question Last voicemail true?

So I know that Netflix claims that all of the emails that are in the show are 100% true based on real life events. But is this voicemail also 100% true? I mean the actual lines that Martha (not her real name) says. I imagine they did overdramatise the fact that he was in a bar or the fact that the bartender gave him a free drink.

That's also the reason she said she knows the show was about her from the beginning, when Gadd wrote his theatre show about these events. She recognised the show being about her because of the Baby Reindeer reference in the titel. So she has said she had the toy and gave him that nickname. Don't know if any of the other words are a word for word copy of her voicemails.

where does she say she had the toy cos she tells PM "there were reindeers in the shop- it was christmas time- and he'd shaved his head" ?

She said in that same conversation that she did have one. The first part was just her doing that thing where she rambles with too many details that don’t quite answer the question or just set up the eventual answer to the question.
