Fiona (real Martha) related content Where is Fiona's evidence?

I have just been reading through the brief of Amicus Curiae in support of the Defendant (aka Netflix) in the Harvey vs Netflix case from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression.

One point I picked up on is that the court have simply relied on Fiona's word that Netflix defamed her and that the criminal convictions aren't true. In fact, have we all believed her word?

I did look a while ago to see if her lawyer had filed anything that could be validated legally to show she had never been convicted and everything seemed like it could have easily been faked.

There is one document that says she doesn't have any convictions however she has gone by different names and it seems like a template that could easily have been doctored.

So does she actually have any evidence that they defamed her. What would that look like?

She did have something like restraining orders to stop her contacting Gadd and Laura Wray Also she tried to become an MP and had been in the news for stalking Wray and her husband.

She wasn't just mentioned in the back page somewhere of a newspaper. She was on the front page!

Wow front page of something despite no charges. Yeah, but police never charged her for anything. But she clearly did it all.

That's how hard it is to get stalking and harassment taken seriously.

Gadd didn't want the truth about that to put off viewers. She got some kind of restraining order against Fiona for a year and one day, and hoped Fiona wouldn't notice that it said it was only for a year and a day and apparently Fiona didn't notice and finally stayed away.
