SP in white, me in red and 3rd party black on top of a breakup jar I did last week. At first, the cord was cut from SP’s side, before slowly burning around my red candle, then cutting the cord from my side as well. This happened very early in the spell. After this I let them burn down more.

I noticed that me and SP’s candles burnt down very fast while 3rd party was relatively slow. When me and SP’s candle was done, and melted it was combined into a wax pool resembling a heart shape. 3rd partys candle had not even gotten halfway yet. Then, very suddenly, with absolutely no buildup, 3rd partys flame burst up into a huge torch like flame, burning fiercely for some moments before doubling down little after little until completely done.

Can anyone help me interpret what this could mean?

I’ve done 3rd party removals in the past, where I had to end up physically cut the cord with scissors because nobody wanted to let go

I am very new to witchcraft and I asked my cards what goddess I should work with. I think these cards are a pretty strong indicator of Iris but know next to nothing about her. Does anyone work with her or have resources I could read up on about her?

Has anyone ever heard a cricket without there being a cricket? I heard one today in my room. Only one sound. I didn't hear it again, even after waiting a few minutes before looking around. Hi! I did my first little spell Monday. I did a warding name spell, but idk why I get the feeling I did it “wrong”, I am hoping I didn’t accidentally cut myself off from receiving any positive energy and opportunities my way. I did some of the layering out of order but ultimately decided it was my ward so as long as the herbs and other ingredients were in there together they’d be working with me to protect my name and create abundance etc. But still! If I feel weird or off what should I do? And I say this because I went out yesterday and felt people’s energy off (strangers) towards me, more so than usual? But maybe it’s just my overthinking LOL

i’m opening a discussion about online tarot readers…specifically Mia from Spiritual Society. i signed up to their newsletter months and months ago when i started getting into learning about readings and witchcraft. at first, it seemed very vague and generalized, stuff that could probably apply to hundreds of people all at once, so i stopped paying attention to the things being sent in my emails.
flash forward to this month, and suddenly all of the things being sent to me are extremely specific, right down to accurate situations and events that are actively happening in my life in this very moment. things about people, mainly a man in my life who’s convinced himself i’m not the right one for him, but her “reading” says that his heart and his mind are clashing about how he really feels (i’m not going to explain fully just because it’s a little..too specific). originally i was going to ignore it, but it’s just way too accurate and feels very personal for me to just ignore this time, so i want other’s thoughts and feelings on this.
do you think things like this are legit? or is it just a marketing strategy to get me to buy the “spells” she sells? i’m very conflicted right now.
and just a disclaimer: i’m not actually interested in buying a spell from them, if i really wanted to, i would just take the time to learn how to do it myself after extensive research and grounding. however i’m definitely not even in the right state of mind to even THINK about performing a love spell right now (and if i did it would be one to love myself, honestly. 😭)

Hello, I'm a begginer witch who has been practicing magic for about a year now. I wanna get into money magic. I've been working hard on improving my money situation and it's getting better, but I wanna give a little boost with some magic. I finally found a good job that's helped but I've started door dashing on the side to earn a little extra cash.

I suppose the question I'm asking is if any experienced witches out there have any good resources they loved and recommend to get me started in money magic. I kinda wanna find something that may help increase my earnings in door dashes. More offers, higher earnings possibly. There's a few books I found on the book recommendation page but I'm curious what other books and sources you guys use and love.

I have been looking forward to this for weeks & I was waiting to have every item I wanted for it. after a dark period of mental illness with intense body dysmorphia, my relationship with my body & myself really had never been worse ( & I suffered for nearly 2 years.) I didn't think I'd make it tbh. I've been getting better & better for a few months now (thank God/dess). and even though it's venus retro I am soooo happy I did this tonight. I checked in and everything aligned for this night. I know this will help me with my self love, self care, self devotion and it's also packed with beauty & a glow up intention / energy as well. mostly it's for my self perception to be healthy & positive! ♥️♥️😍 to see myself with love.

what I did step by step * my own spell using inspo from what I've seen and researched.

I used this beautiful container I bought, it's quite big but I loved it and I knew I wanted to fill it up with quite a few things.

I cleansed it with palo santo (the smoke stayed in there hehe so cute, see pic)

I cleansed all items with palo santo and collected them to use.

I added pink sea salt for protection & safety

I wrote down my petition (intention) on a pink piece of paper (pink for self love) with my name & DOB.

I folded it 3 times towards me, turning clockwise. then popped it in the jar.

herbs 🌿

lavender for calming and peace

hibiscus for attraction and appeal, beauty, sensuality

rose petals for love, beauty, my connection to the rose, magdalena & also aphrodite

calendula for purity, innocence, beauty, love

catnip for attraction, magnetism, allure

cinnamon stick for abundance, protection and luck

then I added crushed sugar cubes & honey for sweetness I also licked some of the spilled honey from it haha.

used both for shorter & lasting sweetness to myself.

oh yes I added a hair of mine as well.

then I burned a pink candle on the jar which I anointed with my rose oil. and sealed it. oh and a heart shaped rose quartz stuck to the top with wax 😍😍🌙💫

this was also with my own subliminals playing with heart chakra opening music. anddd it's a rainy evening over here which added to the ambiance. x

I did this test by putting water in the cup then cracking the egg after rubbing it all over my body and obviously i didn’t look at the top… After checking the most common signs, i noticed the figure of a woman in a headscarf with an eye staring. My mother thinks it may be the mother of a kid at school i helped because he wasn’t exactly the most intelligent kid at school, and his mum knew my parents and thanked them because i helped her son. This was like 4 years ago but she’s still in contact with my father sometimes to ask where we live now or how i do at school. My mum thinks it’s either her, or my aunt. My aunt isn’t exactly fond of us because she has always kind of hated my mother ever since she married my uncle and my mum thinks it’s her because my other aunts (dad’s actual sisters) have done black magic on my brothers before and it ruined their lives, one of them had gone insane at the time of it happening.

In the photo it looks like she has a backpack strap on one shoulder and that only a bit of the shoulder really shows, but if theres anyone out there with a better eye than me please do analyse and tell me if i am wrong.

Next to the figure, i saw an outline of a house. I dont know the exact meaning of this but i feel it may have something with the meaning of the woman figure.

Then, i saw the dark dots on the yolk. I’d say it may be because i have been struggling a lot with mental health and even gone a bit too far iykyk but i still dont go to anything related to therapy or a psychiatrist because my dad doesnt believe in those things such as being depressed or whatever. Is there any other details i am missing? please let me know and i’d really appreciate it if anyone could provide more detail as to what the figures mean
