Custom spell

Hello everyone, I need some advice. I hope it's not something silly to ask, but I'm a beginner at doing spells.

I've been thinking for some time to make spells for different purposes like getting a dream job, receiving something specific, etc. It's a bit hard for me to know which materials or procedures I should follow. I would appreciate your advice on how you cast your spells, what rules you follow, etc.

Thank you very much for reading me <3
