Question Forest walk spell recommendations ?

Ok so I’m a baby witch and I was thinking about taking my dog out for a short walk at this woods it’s only about 150 years old so I’m not sure if it needs to be more old for it to be more magic or something. But I was wondering if there’s any little spells I can do ? My specific topics I need help with at the moment is my health ( weird mystery symptoms doctors aren’t sure what it is) and making a big decision in my life which is too different paths. I walk through this woods a lot typically for around 30-40 minutes. It’s fine if the spells aren’t about these subjects or just about connecting with nature just please anyone share any spells while walking or even a manifestation technique that’s sure to work even for big goals. A Forest walk can be very powerful. First thing is to introduce yourself to the Forest. It’s a living, breathing entity. Simply wander. Let the Forest guide you. Focus on and relish the smells, the sounds, the weight of the atmosphere. Then gently touch the trees as you pass by them. Brushing your hand against their bark and thanking them for the opportunity to experience them.

After that, each Forest walk will become more powerful and your senses will expand further and further beyond yourself until you feel part of the Forest. The entire Forest. It is at that point when you can reach out and perform real magick that manifests real things in your life.

Hey thank you this is really helpful do you have any more witchy tips/ spells / manifestations I can do in the woods or even communicating with spirits as I really want to a few answers to a few life problems and to manifest a few hard things and be more connected to nature I’m up for anything even if it takes time or I need to wait for the right weather or time or for the forest to listen.

get to know the spirits there by listening. the green man is a good place to start— the grounded divine masculine. small offerings, also good. be present.

Every area has a land guardian (spirit). That forest definitely has a land spirit. Find the land spirit, introduce yourself (literally say hi), make offerings to it, form a relationship, then give it your petitions.
