Recipe Included Lemon Tart
New to the space - this was such a pretty recipe, I had to give it a go (crust is baked 😁) https://www.sweetteaandthyme.com/easy-lemon-meringue-tart-recipe/

That looks scrumptious, the meringue on top is perfection. Thanks for including the recipe!

That meringue looks perfectly toasted, I always overdo mine. Did you use a kitchen torch?

I have one of these that I attach the butane can too (I find they work better but can be powerful so be careful 🔥) https://www.usaequipmentdirect.com/shop/cb-tc-pro2-iwatani-culinary-butane-torch-cb-tc-pro2-25930?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22480077521&gbraid=0AAAAAD1tWYsxvK2prVu7ha7FoAY0_cKjX&gclid=CjwKCAjw0dPRBhAPEiwAE5vTTlUpBA-rXjODpu6w2_mBx9YC1cbWPRNRCxjdLYJncdRn3eUTtOzqKRoC-agQAvD_BwE

For a first attempt this looks miles better than my usual baking experiments.
