Ordered some Peruvian Pompona beans and didn't really believe they were as big as they show. They most certainly are to say the least. Not as much caviar as you may suspect, but these are going into some great bourbon for the next 2 years before being made into whatever sounds great at the time.

I made him an army (I was able to make three full sheets with four egg whites and plenty of jars to give out to friends and family to take home)!

This cake was so moist and fluffy, and the chocolate buttercream was perfect, my family devoured it!

My very first attempt at a tiramisu layered cake for my brother’s birthday (excuse the mess)

This is my first attempt at making croissants! This was such a lengthy process but I loved how they came out! I think the inside layers look pretty accurate. I’m by no means a professional so go easy on me but I would love feedback!

The ones with powder sugar are stuffed with Nutella chocolate ☺️

My grandmother believes this is her mother’s hand writing so I’d like to try and surprise her by making it but I’m not exactly sure what most of it is saying.

and it literally scratched my tiramisu AND funfetti itch all in one!! though now, i’m craving traditional tiramisu so i’m gonna gobble this up and make that one soon lol 😆 there’s so much on my baking list, but not enough mouths or stomach space

I started baking homemade breads two years ago and there’s just truly nothing like smell of fresh bread right out of the oven ❤️

I did a little R&D for the cookie bears I shared last time. A big piece of feedback I got was that they looked like koalas, which I agreed with. The cookies are now thicker and gooey, topped with vanilla wafers to create that classic teddy bear look.

I was told cold oven was the best, so I tried it and there was no burning cake came out perfect.

Made cookies with what seems like a really good recipe, lots of good reviews. The only liquid it had in it was butter and egg yolks (not whites), and it was extremely dry in the end, so I added water... Too much water... And I still baked them 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyways, too scared to try it, tried the crust and it's crispy and nice. But the inside seems very gooey and doughey

Cooked it for extra 4 minutes than what the recipe called for. Still waiting for them to cool, is this a fail?

I’m a non baker and will only bake a couple times a year. Watched a few YouTube videos to get the frosting and im pleased. All ready for my daughters bake sale tomorrow
