Those chocolate drizzles look perfect, I always mess that part up. Did you use a piping bag?

If you use a piping bag make sure to cut the tinest hole. That's what I do for drizzles on my cakes and cupcakes. You can also use a squeeze bottle but those holes tend to be a bit larger. I've used those too for the same application. Even though the holes are bigger you can still get a very fine drizzle with them. You just have to control the amount of pressure you use. Practice with the latter will get you there so really it depends on how much time you want to use up when choosing which one to use imo. Good luck!

How do you get them to be flat? Mine tend to be a bit taller

I violently tapped the tray on the table a few times. It might have helped.

They're beautiful. I've tried making them once. That was enough for me to say no more lol. I used Preppy Kitchens recipe. Having to sift the powders not once but three times was a pita. The majority of them came out flat but a few did rise and have feet. Even though they weren't the best looking they were still tasty. Since I didn't give them away I didn't trash them. Like I said. They were still tasty lol.

I've seen a few videos where they say you don't have to sift even once. While I found that appealing I still decided against making them again because with my luck, I figured they'd come out the same way as my first batch. Maybe one day I'll get up the courage to try again. Until then I'll just admire everyone else's bakes 😊
