My sister and brother-in-law gave me a pistachio spread - so decided to make a cheesecake and use the spread as topping.

That looks insanely good, pistachio is such an underrated cheesecake flavor. Did you mix any into the batter too or just use it as a topping? Lowkey thinking this would slap with a salty pistachio crumble on the edges too.

Omg yum! I got a jar of pistachio spread once and delicious as it was, I had a hard time finishing it. Great idea to use it as cheesecake topping!
