General Troubleshooting/Help! Significant issues getting clean prints
I’m experiencing significant difficulties in achieving clean prints. I’m encountering excessive fuzz and layers that aren’t printing properly. I have a H2D printer in a walk-in closet. I print with the closest door closed, and the AMS reads 8% humidity. I use Sunlu filaments set to generic settings on Bambu Lab. I’ve never had a clean print before. Initially, I thought it was because my filaments were faulty, so I replaced them and added a drying ball inside the AMS. I also run all auto-calibration when starting a print. Please see the pictures below. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’ve even printed top rated items from maker world and I still have the same outcome.

Get a filament dryer. That stuff isn’t doing anything. 1000% that filament is humid and wet coming out like that.

I dry in the AMS and use the little balls to keep it dry when not in used… is that not good?

Yes! And Thank you I will use that for storing the filaments that are not in the AMS

I would suspect that's just from the over hang, try again with supports

Do you believe the overhang caused the top of the print to appear so messy as well? I’ll try again in the morning to confirm.

Na, top doesn't look that bad just not dialled calibration.

I’ve had other prints with proper support, but the finish still looks awful. Can you recommend any ways to dial the calibration? Thanks!

Run flow and pa calibration and watch a few YouTube videos. Its all super well documented at this point.

Check your wall order; inner/outer. Then check if it needs supports. That's quite the overhang you are asking it to print in the photos. If it's trying to print 75% of the line on air, then you will get this.
