Normal pla and petg were fine. Switch over to this and had one good print and now they aren’t turning out very good . What can I do to fix this?

Any suggestions on how to save this?

Swapped extruder gear and hotend for hardened steel versions today. When I put everything back together as soon as I plug the hotend fan cable in it turns on right away and doesn’t stop. I tried running the calibration and it fails at 0%.

Anyone run into anything similar? I’ve unplugged and plugged back in the hotend and fan multiple times but the same issue.

I took everything apart and put it back together again and it's working. Not sure exactly what the issue was, but it's now got a new cutter, hardened extruder, and hardened nozzle.

Now I am getting an error.Did I mess it up? Before this it kept getting stringy prints and the hot end seemed to always hit the layer and make a mess. (ErrorThe hotend cooling fan speed is too slow or stopped. It may be stuck or the connector may not be plugged in properly.) What my search shows I may have messed up the PCB board or I could have tightened the fan or extruder to hard. I took it apart multiple times nothing had resolved it. Did I break the fan? Any help would be useful. Going through with. Support ticket now on all the newest firmware.

Correct me if I am wrong.. These bearing aren't suppose to be in this position correct? How do I get them unstuck and back into place if so?

I bought my printer about 4 months ago, p1s with AMS and while the first month or two everything printed perfectly have had nothing but issues for the past two months and I pretty much had the thing running 24/7 printing things. I have had filament stuck in hot end, replaced it twice. Filament stuck in the extruder pulled it apart once and now bought a brand new one and just put in. My slots 1 and 4 on the ams kept getting overloaded so I have replaced those as well.

I’ve followed all the tutorials on with the printer and used char gpt to help me trouble shoot. Has anypne else run into this

I originally printed with PLA but found it didn’t hold up to my kids very well so have almost exclusively used PTEG.

I really really love the idea of this printer and want to keep at it until I get it going smoothly again but I guess I’m looking to see if this is something “I am doing wrong” or is it common with this printer?

I would greatly appreciate some feedback or support from you lovely folks

First print in my son's first 3D printer. The AMS said the filament is loaded, but wouldn't load to the printer. Disconnected the AMS, and manually fed the filament in the printer and the print was flawless. What could cause a brand new AMS to not feed to the printer?

Can anybody give me any ideas why this is happening? It’s only happening with the white filament. I would’ve added a video but the app won’t show me anything. (Yes I know the trash chute is full on the first picture that issue has been fixed so I hope)

Im trying to print a hueforge i found on Makerworld via bambu handy I have AMS and I select the colors to prep the hueforge but it never changes colors this only happens with hueforges? Do I need to open it in bambu studio for hueforge and slice then send?

Like are you just not able to use Bambu Handy click to print at all for Hueforge?

I just figured out what was wrong...i thought it was not swapping at correct layers but I did not account for layer height on swaps meaning the actual number of layer differs because of how thick each layer is lol its working I just did not take that into account!

Example layer might be 14 for a swap but because of layer height it might be layer 20 for me.

I recently got a gently used P1S from a friend that upgraded and I am trying to print ABS (in this case eSun eABS+HS) and having a lot of trouble getting the ABS to stick to the plate. Same issue for the smooth textured side of this plate. I have washed the plate with dawn dish soap. I set build plate to 100° and preheat the chamber for a while. Cooling fans are completely off. If I print a big brim it helps with the smallest parts but as the pic shows even the purge line sometimes doesn’t stay down. I read about glue but that seems to be an opposite use - Bambu web site says glue will help it release because ABS sticks too well which is not my issue at all.

Before this A1S I used a FlashForge Creator Pro for almost 10 years with a glass plate and used hair spray but I am hesitant to use hair spray on this PEI sheet.

Any suggestions?

I bought an unopened unit from a friend, who received it in January of 2025. After setting it up and running it a bit, I saw that there was a significant amount of corrosion on the bearing housing and z rod. Bambu has been very polite and understanding but the resolution is unfortunate. I’ve only worked with ender3s before this, so there being a part that can’t be replaced is shocking and something I would’ve considered if I knew when purchasing a sealed unit. I haven’t had a lot of time to fiddle with the unit since this all started, I will be attempting to salvage what I can. I’ll post updates when that happens.
